Chicken Adobo

1 whole Chicken, cut up
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup honey
10 peppercorns
2 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves

Cover chicken with water, then add remaining ingredients and simmer until sauce has thickened to about 1 ½ cups.
