Spritz Cookies

1c Unsalted butter, softened
¾ c Sugar
2 lg Eggs
¼ t Salt
1 ½ t Vanilla
¾ t Almond extract
2 ¼ c Flour
1 ½ to 2 ½ T Milk

#1 Using an electric mixer combine sugar and butter and beat till light and fluffy.
#2 Add eggs, salt, vanilla, and almond extract and beat till evenly mixed.
#3 Sift flour over this mixture and mix until just combined.
#4 Stir in milk adding enough to get piping consistency.
#5 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
#6 Pipe or using a cookie gun shape cookies onto a light colored parchment lined sheet pan. If you like you can decorate at this point with sugar sprinkles or dragees.
#7 Bake for 8 to 12 minutes.
#8 Remove from oven and cool on cooling racks.
