Cranberry
Tangerine Sauce
Serves 8-12
1 10oz pkg. Fresh Cranberries
1/2c Sugar
1/2c Fresh Squeezed Tangerine Juice
1t Tangerine Zest
1/2t Salt
In a 1qt saucepan bring all ingredients to a low boil and cook for
about 15 minutes.
