Macadamia Nut Crusted Barramundi Filets1 lb fish filet Slice fish into strips about 1 inch wide and the full width of the fillet. Place a little olive oil and the filet on the cedar papers. In a small mixing bowl, mix chopped macadamia nuts, lime zest, garlic and parsley. Top the fish with some of the nut mixture, roll up cedar papers and tie. Place on a hot grill and cook for two minutes. Turn and cook one or two more minutes. Serve in the paper with a little salad on the side.
