Bacon, Peach and Avocado Salsa
Yield: 3 cups
Active time: 15 minutes
Start to finish: 15 minutes
¼ pound bacon, cut into lardons and cooked until crisp
2 peaches, small dice
3 avocados, small dice
1 jalapeño, minced
1 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted and ground
Lime juice to taste
Salt and pepper
¼ cup cilantro, rough chopped
- Mix together all of the ingredients for the salsa.
- Serve with chips.
