Event Pricing
Follows are general averages for many of our private event formats.  Prices vary depending on menu, time of day, and the number of guests, so please do not hesitate to ask, as we can customize according to both format and budget.  

Event cost per person:
Two-Hour Cocktail Reception with Short Cooking Demonstration:  $40 to $70 per person
     (Price range reflects large group minimums)
Demonstration Cooking Event:  $80 to $120 per person
Hands-On Team Cooking Event:  $85 to $120 per person
Iron Chef Competitive Cooking:  $115 to $130 per person
Wine Tasting Event:  $70 and up per person
Meetings and Kitchen Rentals:  Our rental rates vary per kitchen and per time of day. Please call for a custom quote on rental rates and on catered support for your meeting or event.

Pricing Note:  The prices listed above are for evening events. Please contact us if you event is in the daytime, or if your group is very large (above 75 people), as prices for these events take into account economies of scale and daytime event budgets.

These per person prices include:

• 2-3 hours of professional cooking or wine instruction
• Custom designed multi-course menu
• Private kitchen/room rental
• Julius Meinl coffee and still water
• Copies of all recipes used in your event
• Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff

Beverages:
We will provide your group with wine, beer, and soda, charged either per person or on consumption. Our event planner can help you decide which format will work best for your event.

Sales Tax and Gratuity:
Sales tax varies by location (9% at Lincoln Square, and 10% at the Merchandise Mart.)
Gratuity can be added at your discretion; our event planner can help you calculate.

Room Rentals:
Our kitchens can be rented for professional hourly use.  Please contact us for more information and pricing.

Gift Bags and Aprons:
Our customized gift bags start at $15, and personalized aprons start at $19 each.
