Siobhan Straka

Siobhan Straka was graduated from the University of Minnesota and the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, and has worked extensively in kitchens in both Minneapolis and Phoenix.

Her years of experience in all aspects of the restaurant industry coupled with her retail experience in culinary stores show through in her friendly teaching style. A fabulous baker, Siobhan's specialty is pastry, but she makes her students feel at ease in all facets of the world of cooking and entertaining.
