| The Chopping Block's newest location in downtown Chicago's historic Merchandise Mart offers three kitchens with 8,000
square feet of entertainment space. This space allows us the
flexibility to create intimate cooking classes for groups as
small as 8 and expansive culinary events for over 200 guests.
Our Saffron Kitchen seats 100 and offers guests a personal
look at our professional chefs' techniques. Our Basil Kitchen
can accommodate up to 75 for an interactive hands on event,
or choose our Currant Kitchen for smaller groups for both
demonstration and hands on activities. Consider employing
all 8,000 square feet for a continuous variety of culinary
entertainment and education for groups over 200. |
